While she was born in Utah, Alisha Martin has lived all over the world due to her dad being in the military. She has lived in California, Japan, Germany and South Carolina. She joined the hh2 support team in April of 2018 as the account manager. Alisha is an integral member of the customer support team, and she is excited to have the opportunity to meet our customers face to face at Procore’s Groundbreak 2018.
After finally moving back to Utah, Alisha attended classes at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. While in college, she began pursuing a degree in pre-law. Her passions took her elsewhere, and she began her career in customer service.
Alisha worked in the banking industry as a loan officer previously to coming to hh2, and she has over 10 years of customer service and sales experience. Prior to her work in the banking industry, she gained relevant experience in telecommunications working with Android and iOS devices.
Alisha came to hh2 after being referred for her customer service skills. She is now a vital member of the hh2 support team. Alisha’s day to day involves customer onboarding and aids in getting customers through implementation and training. She is the point of contact for customers when they need additional assistance with hh2 Cloud Services’ software. While hh2 does its best to ensure a seamless implementation process, Alisha is here to answer any questions or concerns that might come up in this process. She loves working with people, and she is so excited to meet our customers at Procore’s 2018 Groundbreak Conference.
Alisha has two young children. She enjoys sharing her love for travel with her daughter and son, and she wants them to experience the many different cultures that she was able to experience as a child. She loves watching her children learn and grow every day. In their free time, Alisha and her kids spend time doing crafts and exploring their creativity. They love to read together and spend time outside. Their favorite thing to do as a family is paint. Aside from being a mother, Alisha manages her photography and crochet business (alishamaycreations.etsy.com). In 2017, she published a poetry book titled, “The Closest Poets’ Interlude.”
